Engineer, Operations Support

• Perform all network configuration, implement all changes by execution of the WO (work orders) provided by the network planning departments. • Participate to the Implementations of new Projects. Perform the Acceptance Tests for new Products/Services. Perform SW Upgrades. • Assure the Interface with Vendors for Support related Issues. Perform the Vendor Management tasks. • Perform analysis, evaluations and recommendations related to equipments and services.
