1. Analyze and target customers for up-sell and x-sell mkt. activities: • Create the codes for extracting needed customer data using programming language (SAS, SQL) and EDW techniques. • Analyzing the campaign results and proposing better actions for the next campaigns. • Perform exploratory analyses to discover trends and patterns in customer behavior. 2. Develop customers’ analyses to support company’s growth initiatives: • Profiles and specific segments • Usage behavior.
