•Developing/improving a reporting model that allows having monthly accurate, timely, detailed Profit and Loss account and main KPI’s of Vodafone stores •Monthly reporting of the performance of other distribution channels as assigned by manager (ex: prepaid distributors, dealers); •Extracting data from databases or set up clear process to receive it from other departments; •Reporting the information at different levels of granularity (management, Central Finance, Sales department); •A
